At Billie + Co Interiors, we recently had the pleasure of completing a full turnkey furniture and styling package in Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast that came with a rather unique backstory.
The new owners of the property originally discovered the home through the real estate campaign images featuring professional styling completed by Billie + Co Interiors for the previous vendors to prepare the property for sale. As many property owners and agents know, first impressions matter, and in this case, the presentation of the home played a significant role in attracting buyers and ultimately influencing their decision to purchase.
The carefully considered furniture placement, layered styling, artwork, décor and overall presentation helped showcase the home’s lifestyle potential, allowing buyers to connect emotionally with the space long before they stepped through the front door.
The styling that helped sell the home
Professional home styling is about much more than making a property look beautiful. It’s about creating an emotional connection and helping buyers visualise how they could live within a space.

As soon as the brief was received, Billie + Co immediately began sourcing and ordering furniture, artwork, rugs, soft furnishings and décor, coordinating deliveries directly into our Port Macquarie warehouse.
Thanks to our warehouse storage facilities and established supplier relationships, we were able to receive, inspect and organise the entire furniture and styling package for the five bedroom home with two very large living areas, ensuring everything was ready well before the settlement date.
The moment settlement was confirmed, it was all systems go.
With every item already on hand and installation meticulously planned, our team completed the full furniture installation and styling on the very next business day. The clients were able to walk into a beautifully furnished and professionally styled home immediately after taking ownership.
